Don’t let anyone make you feel small for working extra hours or stepping into a different role for a little while. You’re not giving up, you’re getting stronger. Real estate is hard, and sometimes we all need to pause, regroup, and come back with a plan.
If you’re in a season where you need to take on a side job or a temporary job while you rebuild your real estate business, that’s okay. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It doesn’t mean you’re not a real agent. It just means you’re doing what you need to do to take care of yourself, your family, and your future. There’s no shame in being responsible and doing what it takes to stay in the game.
I see agents struggling right now, and I want you to remember, struggle is part of the growth. Keep going. You’ll find your rhythm again. And when you do, you’ll be proud you never quit.
