Finally, Something That Will Help Agents Scale!
Occasionally, I am given the opportunity to try out a new product. I do it most of the time because I’m intrigued and enjoy being up-to-date on the latest technological breakthroughs in the real estate industry. It usually isn’t something new or very amazing, but this time was different. Placester nailed something that will make a significant difference in most agents’ businesses, and I’m shocked it took so long for someone to do it.
I dove into Placester recently and I was very happy I did (check the video below). Before you dismiss them as something old or something you’ve already heard of, I want you to reconsider for one reason only! Concierge Custom is a solution they built for you that allows you to focus on what you’re good at while they take care of the rest.
I might have shortened it to CC and made a crazy-looking logo like Chanel, but Concierge Custom is a solid name.
Fitting name now that I think about it…
I get to hear the problems of the industry first hand since I run a community of agents across all social media platforms, and I also get to live it on a local level with my team and brokerage. Struggles like I don’t know how to add the Facebook Pixel to my website, what’s Zapier, where do I start with SEO, and other issues that require you to either learn it yourself or hire someone to do it for you, both of which can be expensive. This is why Placester’s idea of including all of this assistance into their system is brilliant!
In A Nutshell
In a nutshell, this is what it is: The Placester team will work on your marketing and technology for 30 hours. Do you require a landing page from them? Done! Is it necessary for them to provide an IDX link? Done! Do you require them to produce stunning graphics for your flyers and postcards? Done! You get marketing and tech people on your team without having to recruit anyone, and it’s only $1250 per month.

The most common issue I encounter with growing agents, teams, and brokerages are that they don’t have a tech or marketing staff they can rely on to do all of their tasks. This enables you to scale your business and build a talent pool without having to hire for a certain expertise! You’re hiring a team of people that can do a variety of things that you need for your business to grow!
It’s a new thing so there are some things that I feel are missing as of now.
The most significant is that they will not get into all CRMs or websites to assist with SEO fixes, design, or work. This may change in the near future, depending on the site providers’ willingness to let Placester in. The other issue is the cost; not everyone will be able to afford it, but I’m hoping that in the future, a cheaper tier will be added to make it more accessible to the masses.
My Verdict
Overall, I believe this is a crucial component for most rapidly expanding agents, teams, and brokerages. I just want to tell you ahead of time that if you’re going to do this, make sure you detail the tasks you need to do and how you’ll go on to the next step because they work quickly and are professionals. Get your list together and if you need help maybe you can start with my Google 5, that should get you thinking in the right direction!
